Caruso's Ashwagandha + Sleep is a convenient one-a-day tablet formulated with the herbs Ashwagandha, Hops and Skullcap, plus Magnesium. Relieves symptoms of stress and mild anxiety while also reducing sleeplessness, improving sleep quality and promoting deep sleep.
- KSM-66 Ashwagandha, a certified organic, full-spectrum extract of the root of the Ashwagandha plant
- Magnesium amino acid chelate, an elemental magnesium which is bound to an amino acid carrier to assist with absorption
- Hops, a herb traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep
Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb, widely used in traditional Western Herbal Medicine to help the body to adapt to stress and assist with relieving the symptoms of stress and mild anxiety. Ashwagandha also helps to improve the quality of sleep by enhancing deep sleep, relieving sleeplessness and reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.
Hops have been used extensively throughout the history of Western Herbal Medicine where is has been used as a calmative, or nervous system relaxant. Due to these properties it was also widely used in Western Herbal Medicine as a soporific, or to help induce sleep.
Magnesium is involved in a multitude of enzymatic reactions in the body. Magnesium helps to support nervous system health and function and also helps to support muscle health and relaxation. Magnesium can help relieve the occurrence of muscle cramps when not enough magnesium is obtained through food.

Each Caruso's Ashwagandha + Sleep™ tablet contains:
- Withania somnifera (KSM-66® Ashwagandha) ext. dry conc. 600mg from min. dry root 7.5g (7,500mg)
- Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) ext. dry conc. 10mg from dry herb 1g (1,000mg)
- Humulus lupulus (Hops) ext. dry conc. 133.33mg from dry flower 1g (1,000mg)
- Magnesium amino acid chelate 525mg equiv. to Magnesium 105mg
