Caruso's Berberine Crave Less® formulation contains a combination of herbal extracts along with trace minerals. This formula helps to suppress the appetite, reduce hunger and assist in the management of food cravings.
Caruso's Berberine Crave Less contains a high extract ratio of Berberis Aristata, which has been standardised to the herbal constituent, Berberine. Berberis Aristata has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a hepatoprotectant (to protect the liver) and to support the flow of bile, while Caralluma plays an important role in helping to manage food cravings and suppress the appetite. The trace minerals Iodine and Chromium have various actions and in this formulation. Iodine supports the body's metabolic rate, along with supporting healthy thyroid gland function and energy production. Chromium assists in the digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates including sugar and maintains healthy blood sugar in healthy individuals.

- Chromium (From Chromium Picolinate) 25mcg
- Chromium (From Chromic Chloride Hexahydrate) 75mcg
- TOTAL CHROMIUM 100mcg
- Caralluma adscendens var. fimbriata (Caralluma) herb ext. dry conc. 500mg from dry herb
