Caruso's Super Magnesium + Vitamin K2 combines the muscle and bone health benefits of Magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 in a convenient, one-a-day tablet.
Contains 6 forms of Magnesium in a time-release formula which releases Magnesium into the body over an eight-hour period. Magnesium supports muscle health, healthy muscle contraction function and muscle relaxation. Also helps relieve muscle cramps and mild muscle spasms when dietary intake is inadequate.
Caruso's Super Magnesium + Vitamin K2 contains Vitamin D to support the absorption of Calcium into bones and together with Vitamin K2, helps to increase the metabolism of Calcium in the bones.
Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) is a fat-soluble vitamin which helps to maintain bone health.Vitamin K2 plays an important role in the biological function of bone mineralisation. Vitamin K2 also helps to support a healthy cardiovascular system and its functions.
Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin which supports bone health and strength. It supports bone mineralisation processes such as supporting dietary calcium absorption and increasing calcium metabolism in bones. Vitamin D3 supplementation helps to prevent the dietary deficiency of Vitamin D.
Magnesium is needed by every cell in your body and is essential for many metabolic and cellular functions, especially in maintaining muscular health and function.
