EU Withdraw Order Form

Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers may exercise the right of withdrawal without the need to create an account or log in and are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. When exercising this statutory right of withdrawal, the customer may arrange and pay for the return shipment using a carrier of their choosing and are responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees.

NB In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, all retail health supplements and topical skincare products are subject to strict health and hygiene rules. While you possess a statutory right to cancel your contract, this right is legally forfeited under Article 16(e) if the protective seal or packaging is broken after delivery. Furthermore, under Article 14(2), consumers are held legally liable for any diminished value resulting from handling goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature. Consequently, all returns must undergo an inspection upon receipt prior to refund. If it is determined that a protective seal has been broken, or that a product container has been opened, altered, or consumed, the lost commercial value will be deducted from your final product refund, up to the full retail value of the item.
